Thinking about all the farms out there, finding ways to stay solvent. That could be taken different ways I suppose, but I'm literally talking about their goods for sale beyond the scope of, 'just food.' I wonder what impacts there are on farms when they are encouraged to tread field And industries to diversify, to survive. Farms are not granted, but they do seem to be taken as such, more of late. I'm motivated to explore more the sourcing of foods I eat, the connections to the farms, and do more to support them - than just eat them.

There's a parallel in creating the products for the shop atm, as it prepares to go online. Technicalities and specifics abound, and the impact on the pace of art is not negligible. My brain melting repeatedly getting various things set-up, reinforced what I'd rather be doing with my time. Not to fear, despite my relative, scaffold-like position perhaps too-close to the edifice.. or perhaps for it, as soon as I got a break over the weekend I was back to it. Now there are more sleepy duck farm comics than ever, just waiting for their coming Mondays, 'in the wings' one might say.
